Sandal Key is located along Florida's Gulf Coast in Hernando County. North of Cortez Blvd/SR 50 and just off US Hwy 19, on Eagle Shore Drive. Sandal Key is tucked in between Weeki Wachee Springs and Homosassa Springs, making this a great located for nature lovers. Close to US 19 and the Suncoast Parkway for easy commuting. 

Sandal Key's lagoon will be 3.5-4 acres with zero entry beaches, a lazy river, cabanas, a swim up bar, waterslide and water sports. The lagoon is currently under constructions and should be completed by Summer 2027.

Sandal Key will feature over 3,000 homes from top builders like D.R. Horton, KB Homes and Lennar. 

Future amenities include high-speed internet, scenic paved paths/natural trails, resort-style pools, a tot lot playground and dog park. The 55+ Active Adult community will have their own private pool and amenities. 

HOA fees are $300 quarterly. This includes your monthly high speed internet.
